PLASTICS
A wide variety of plastic materials can be inspected to meet exacting tolerances,

materials, rtm molding, multi-material pipe, pumps and valves. Gas assisted
molding, insert molding, one shot/two shot injection molding, multi-level structural
parts, silicone injection molding, metal to plastic conversions, sub-assemblies,

ELECTRONICS
Hi-resolution, hi-magnification inspection of surface mount, thru-pin, thru-hole,
pcb assemblies, membrane switches for the automotive, appliance, aircraft, aerospace,
consumer, commercial, electronics, electrical, electro-mechanical assemblies,
marine, medical, military & defense, telecommunications, and related industries.
CABLE & WIRE
Hi-contrast, non-destructive inspection of complete cable, wire and electro-mechanical
assemblies including minature and micro-minature assemblies and connectors.
OPEN & CLOSED CELL FOAMS, FILTERS & LOW DENSITY MATERIALS:
Special low energy, hi-sensitivity components provide inspection capability
to identify voids, density measurement, and foreign contamination in low density
materials.
RUBBER MATERIALS, COMPONENTS & BONDING
Inspection of a wide variety of rubber materials, precision molded rubber components,
rubber insert molding, rubber to metal bonding, rubber to plastic bonding for
medical, electronic and commercial applications including injection, compression,
and transfer molding.
CERAMICS
High reliability inspection of technical ceramics, including beryllia and composite
materials from injection molding, grinding & machining, prototypes to production
used in medical, aerospace, thermal shock, wear, corrosion, and electrical insulation
applications.
MEDICAL DEVICES
Hi-resolution/hi-sensitivity imaging and inspection of a wide range of medical
materials from polymers and silicones, elastomers to titaniums, used in medical
components, surgical instruments, tubing & implantables insure the highest
quality of your products. Stationary and on-line automated systems measure internal
dimensions, bond integrity, pinpoint defects and provide hi-quality realtime
non-invasive xray images, analysis and data collection with custom software.
DIECAST METALS
Non-destructive inspection of die casting for a variety of metals, prototype
and production components, exotic materials for aerospace, automotive, medical
and commercial castings. Quickly identify the presence and location of porosity
and weld defects.
ULTRA SMALL PARTS & COMPONENTS
Hi-magnification, detailed inspection of ultra small parts in metals, plastics,
composites, ceramics, difficult and exotic materials. Non-destructive density
and thickness measurements of internal areas of interest provide valuable information
not previously attainable.
INSPECTION OF ROBOTIC WELDING & ADHESIVE BONDING IN METALS, PLASTICS AND
COMPOSITES

INSPECTION OF FOOD, FOOD PROCESSING & FOOD PACKAGING
Non-invasively, non-destructively inspect for contamination, foreign materials,
rotted product on line/in process as well as when food is packaged and boxed.
REALTIME DIGITAL MOTION STUDIES
Create realtime hi-resolution/hi-detail xray inspection motion studies of electronic/electrical
components while under electrical load as well as equipment in operation. These
motion studies are saved in digital format cine/avi files. These digital studies
can be reviewed frame by frame for detailed analysis as well as played back
at normal or fast forward speeds. Motion studies can be stored on the hardrive,
emailed over the internet and saved on cd.
PACKAGE TESTING & EVALUATION
Utilize the realtime xray technology to non-invasively inspect package contents
after drop tests and other testing for condition and damage assessment without
disturbing the contents by having to move and open packaging for visual inspection.
Motion studies can be used for failure analysis.
SECURITY INSPECTION
Non-invasively, non-destructively inspect envelopes, packages, containers/boxes
for hazardous powders, liquids, knives, guns, illegal contraband . Hard copy
documentation of the inspection findings are in digital format to print, email
or save on cd.
